No Doubt Islamic Law ensure that its injunctions are easy to carry out under all circumstances. Prayer is one of the most important pillar of Islam. Purification and ablution are the basic conditions for its validity. Water is required for this purpose but there are times when time of prayer arrives but a person finds no water to perform the prescribed ablution. For this situation, Islam has ordained dry ablution (Tayammum), where pure earth is used instead of water.

• Non availability of water or inability to use it.
